Dutch custom build experts Steenvlinder, and Kent developer Urbanise, have completed much of the hard work. The site has planning under the plot passport scheme (the site design guide) so you can buy a serviced plot and appoint us to deliver your home. We are offering a complete custom build package from design to completion in partnership with Mole.

Kiss Custom is the complete custom build package at Orchard Farm. It is a collaboration between self-build experts Kiss House and renowned architecture practice Mole. Kiss Custom covers everything from the design to the turnkey delivery of your home, complete and ready to move into.

Orchard Farm has 122 self-build plots. The phase 1 plot release, Autumn 2023, is for 25 plots, of these Kiss Custom homes designed by Mole, can be built on 12 plots as shown on the phase 1 site plan provided below.

Life in the Garden of England.
Legend has it that King Henry VIII was so impressed by a delicious plate of Kentish cherries that he declared Kent to be the Garden of England. The term stuck which is not surprising considering the fertile soil, beautiful countryside and microclimate, which means Kent enjoys weather more similar to that of France than the rest of England. We’ve given a flavour of Kent below.

Kent has some of the country’s finest countryside, historic sites, coastline, walks, pubs and places to eat. Orchard Farm offers all of these benefits whilst being close to Ashford which takes as little as 38 minutes by train to London, plus it is within 25 minutes of the Kent coastline and routes to the continent.
Kent is full of things to see and do including wonderful historic sites including Dover Castle, Canterbury, Sissinghurst, Chartwell, Leeds Castle and many more.
