We are actively seeking landowners who would like to give us an option to acquire their site subject to us achieving planning consent, or who would joint venture on a Custom Build projects.

Our focus is on the Custom Build market, where serviced plots with planning permission are sold to customers who then personalise their home before it is built. 

We are seeking sites upon which we can deliver 5 to 10 homes in the South and South West of England — though we are very happy to look further afield for the right site.

In particular we are looking for sites where we can add value, for example by enhancing green space and / or by breathing new life into a piece of land that has fallen into disuse. Our approach is to develop sites in sustainable locations.

Examples of what we are looking for:

• Characterful sites in desirable locations that can support a small number of new homes

• Sufficient area for private outdoor amenity space and gardens in line with home sizes 

• Density that allows for good internal space standards per home

• Scope for variation in housing types, sizes, and styles 

• Scope for meaningful landscaping, tree planting and incidental open spaces  

Appraising your site

If you have a site that you would like to talk to us about our first step would be to understand your aspirations.

Following this we would undertake a desktop review of your site to look at the local area and planning (e,g, constraints and history). If this indicates the site could be suitable for us we will visit site and produce a report for the Kiss team which considers landscape, ecology, heritage, arboriculture, access and transport etc against planning policy and our Custom Build model. Depending upon constraints arising we may refer to external specialist consultants.

Proposal

If we believe your site to be a good match for us and that there is good potential for planning consent for a Kiss scheme we will write a proposal for you which will cover how the deal could be structured.
