Design approach at Cox’s Quarry.
Cox’s Quarry has 6 custom build plots. Each plot is offered with planning consent for a turnkey, Passivhaus, Kiss Custom home with customisation options. Each home will be three-storeys with the floor areas averaging 180m2.
The homes are designed for adaptability and have versatile layouts which can serve multiple functions. There are options for open or distinct plan living spaces and for between 3 to 5 bedrooms, this allows the environment to be tailored to occupants’ unique needs.

Cox’s Quarry is only two miles outside the centre of Bath, the only city in the UK designated as a UNESCO world heritage site, it is one of the great spa towns of Europe. It is in North Somerset and has great transport links.
