The Old Water Tower design echoes the local vernacular, hinting at local barns and other farm buildings. The site previously housed a utility building, which was demolished to build The Old Water Tower and gave the home its name. A small plot at the end of a short lane, behind a row of houses, the design rose to meet these challenges.
