Planning Law has changed — Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG)
BNG has become a compulsory condition for achieving planning permission, applying to all major developments from January 2024 and smaller sites from April 2024

The Cox’s Quarry Reserved Matters planning application has been submitted and validated.
Along with the RM submission we also applied for a conditions discharge for many of the project’s pre-commencement conditions.
